Assistant Project Manager Interior Stone, LLC Waltham, MA 02452 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Stone Countertop Company. In this role, you will assist in managing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring that project goals are met on time. Responsibilities Estimating Commercial and Residential Projects Typing Estimates Sending and Tracking Purchase Orders Sending and Tracking Samples Assisting Customers with Stone selections Assist in the planning and execution of project timelines and deliverables. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence. Provide clerical support as needed, including proofreading documents for accuracy. Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and managing phone systems. Ensure that all office management tasks are completed efficiently to support project operations. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for collaboration and documentation. Experience with QuickBooks for financial tracking is a plus. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
