Role:

The Project Manager

• Operationswill play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution ofoperational projects within the organization.

This position managesand performs daily spreading operations and performs daily samplingrequirements to ensure regulatory compliance. This position alsoperforms daily operational tasks and safety functions. The ProjectManager will perform daily preventative maintenance and completeminor repairs associated with on-site processing equipment. Byimplementing best practices in project management, this role willdrive efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Ultimately, theProject Manager will contribute to the overall success of theorganization by delivering high-quality projects on time and withinbudget.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experienced Heavy EquipmentOperator
• Ability to analyze mechanical issues and adept atproblem solving
• Proven experience in project management, with aminimum of 3 years in an operations-focused role.
• Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project managementsoftware and tools.
• Experienced operating various types of HeavyEquipment

• MSHA Certification Responsibilities:

• Perform loading,unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approveddestination.
• Conduct daily inspections and perform preventativemaintenance on the equipment.
• Perform site clean-up, maintenance,and equipment/tools setup.
• Maintain operation records.
• Performdaily operational tasks and safety functions.
• Lead and managemultiple operational projects from initiation to completion,ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate withvarious departments to gather project requirements and facilitateeffective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitorproject progress, identify potential risks, and implementmitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Continuouslyevaluate project processes and outcomes to identify areas forimprovement and implement the best practices.
