Job Description
A top construction firm in the area is looking for a Project Director or Executive with expertise in Life Sci projects!
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex life science construction projects Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client standards Maintain strong client relationships and communication Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Drive quality, safety, and performance across all phases Report on project progress, financials, and milestones to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 in life sciences Proven track record managing complex lab, pharmaceutical, or biotech facility projects Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, ISO) Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) PMP or similar certification is a plus
