Role:

The Project Manager

  • Operationswill play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution ofoperational projects within the organization.

This position managesand performs daily spreading operations and performs daily samplingrequirements to ensure regulatory compliance. This position alsoperforms daily operational tasks and safety functions. The ProjectManager will perform daily preventative maintenance and completeminor repairs associated with on-site processing equipment. Byimplementing best practices in project management, this role willdrive efficiency and effectiveness in operations. Ultimately, theProject Manager will contribute to the overall success of theorganization by delivering high-quality projects on time and withinbudget.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experienced Heavy EquipmentOperator Ability to analyze mechanical issues and adept at problemsolving Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of3 years in an operations-focused role. Strong understanding ofproject management methodologies and tools.

PreferredQualifications:

Familiarity with project management software andtools. Experienced operating various types of

Heavy Equipment MSHACertification Responsibilities:

Perform loading, unloading, andtimely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination.

Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance onthe equipment. Perform site clean-up, maintenance, andequipment/tools setup. Maintain operation records. Perform dailyoperational tasks and safety functions. Lead and manage multipleoperational projects from initiation to completion, ensuringadherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with variousdepartments to gather project requirements and facilitate effectivecommunication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor projectprogress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigationstrategies to ensure successful outcomes. Continuously evaluateproject processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvementand implement the best practices.
