Senior Project Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION

: Takeda Pharmaceuticals America, Inc. isseeking a Senior Project Manager with the following duties: PerformStrategic Planning and Implementation, Process Optimization,Leadership and Team Management, Program Management, Influence andCollaboration, Communication and Change Management, PerformanceMonitoring and Reporting; Develop and present business casesaligned with organizational objectives, conducting feasibilityanalyses to support recommendations and articulating strategicrationales; Lead cross-functional project teams, fosteringcollaboration, managing risks, and mentoring teams to enhance theireffectiveness; Design and deliver detailed strategic reports anddashboards for senior leadership, providing insights on projectprogress, risks, budgets, and alignment with company goals; Directplanning and approvals with cross-functional teams to definestrategies and spearhead continuous improvement and agile projects;Streamline and lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)process by developing standardized frameworks, reports, and metricsacross business units; Lead the S&OP process for productsgenerating over $0.4 billion in revenue; Represent Takeda atindustry conferences and trade shows; Lead Enterprise RiskManagement initiatives, including crisis planning, risk mitigation,and continuity strategies. Up to 10% national and internationaltravel required. Up to 60% remote work allowed.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in Engineering Management or related field plus 3years of related experience.

Prior experience must include:

Developand present business cases aligned with organizational objectives,conduct feasibility analyses to support recommendations, andarticulate strategic rationales while leading cross-functionalprogram teams, fostering collaboration, managing risks, andmentoring teams to enhance their effectiveness; Design and deliverdetailed strategic reports and dashboards for senior leadership,providing insights on program progress, risks, and budgets, whileleading continuous improvement & agile programs to achieve costreduction & enhance operational efficiency; Lead S&OP forhigh-value brands and manage projects; Improve processes usingValue Stream Mapping and MS Visio and identify cost savingopportunities; Experienced in state licensing, NABP accreditation,and State Board of Pharmacy compliance while leading ERM, includingcrisis planning, risk mitigation, fire drills, and maintaining therisk register; Project Management Institute (PMI),

ProfessionalCertification:

PMP® Certified and Leading Operational ExcellenceCertified. Full time. $133,000 – $228,000 per year. Competitivecompensation and benefits.
