This role will manage field teams, coordinate closely with general contractors and other trades, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience in drywall scopes, understands fast-paced commercial construction environments, and excels at communication and problem-solving. This role will report to the CEO/President. Key Responsibilities Lead drywall and interior scope on commercial construction projects Review project plans, specs, and schedules to develop and execute work plans Manage budgets, change orders, procurement, and cost tracking Oversee subcontractor and in-house field crews to ensure quality and schedule adherence Communicate effectively with general contractors, owners, and field teams Conduct site visits and job walks to monitor progress and resolve issues Drive project closeout, punch list completion, and documentation Mentor junior PMs, project engineers, and field supervisors Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience managing drywall or interior systems construction projects Proven track record with commercial projects Strong knowledge of drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, and framing details Familiarity with reading blueprints, shop drawings, and project documents Skilled in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities OSHA 30 certification preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but not required

Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Non-Structural Metal Framing, Gypsum Wallboard, Thermal Insulation, Acoustical Ceilings, HM Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Joint Firestopping.
