We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Assistant ProjectManager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to workon complex and challenging commercial projects, where you will beresponsible for assisting in the planning, management, andexecution of all aspects of electrical engineering. This role isperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and iseager to make a significant impact in the engineering industry.

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Assistant Project Manager, youwill be expected to: 1. Assist in the planning and execution ofelectrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed ontime, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 2.Collaborate with project engineers, architects, contractors, andother stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met. 3.Prepare and review submittals, project plans, specifications, andother technical documents. 4. Monitor project progress, identifypotential issues, and implement effective solutions. 5. Ensurecompliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. 6.Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, helpingto resolve any issues that may arise. 7. Conduct regular projectmeetings, providing updates on project status, and discussing anychanges or adjustments that may be needed. 8. Maintain detailedproject documentation, including records of all project activities,decisions, and changes. 9. Continuously evaluate projectperformance, using feedback to drive improvements in efficiency andeffectiveness.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role ofElectrical Assistant Project Manager, you should have: 1. A minimumof 1 year of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus oncommercial projects. 2. Proven experience as a project engineer,with a strong understanding of project management principles andpractices. 3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, andstandards. 4. Experience preparing and reviewing submittals,project plans, and other technical documents. 5. Excellentproblem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolveissues quickly and effectively. 6. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with adiverse range of stakeholders. 7. A commitment to safety, with athorough understanding of safety regulations and industrystandards. 8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.9. Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD, projectmanagement software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
