DescriptionSkills / Qualities Strong understanding of the importance of providing service to field operations and/or other departments to enable their success and continuously improve our businessIntellectual Curiosity â A drive to find the root cause of issues; highly motivated to learn new things and improve skill-setHumble â Ability to take constructive feedback, adapt, and integrate improvements into future work productsEmpathy – Ability work with all levels of the business and skill levels, with the ability to adapt working style and level of effort accordinglyAbility to work across the organization, collaborate with multiple departments, and prevent silos through communicationStrong project managementStrong reporting capabilitiesHighly organizedProcess-orientedStrong MS Office skills, with an emphasis on superior excel skills and PowerPoint presentationsKnowledge and Experience Project Management ToolsAgile Methodology a plusAccounting, FP&ATransit OperationsReporting / Presentations to Executive AudiencesKey Accountabilities Annual Business Planning Work with executive management team to define strategic objectives, set targets, establish initiatives to achieve those targets and identify interdepartmental dependenciesPrioritize initiatives, in support of the executive team, considering ROIPartner with FP&A to ensure agreed-upon initiatives are reflected in annual budgetsProduce report / visualization of annual business planWork with executive team to ensure proper cascading of actions throughout the business, considering inter-departmental dependenciesBusiness Plan Administration Establish an efficient process to keep business plan updatedReport on the status of initiatives (progress reporting), in collaboration with the executive team, on a monthly basisBusiness Transformation Provide project management support and/or advisory services on business-enabling / transformational projectsMaintain project management documentation to ensure high levels of visibility into complex projects with interdepartmental dependencies, while facilitating communication among workstream leadersDrive change management communications in partnership with internal communications team and in support of the project’s executive sponsorOther Duties as Assigned Support Chief Performance Officer on special projects related to strategic planning, performance improvement and/or business enablementAdditional Statements Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.

Must pass a physical examination.
