Infrastructure Project Manager
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in senior roles with budget and resource oversight.
Demonstrated success managing complex IT programs and leading cross-functional teams through transformational change.
Expertise in change management to guide teams through evolving processes, technologies, and goals.
Strong command of project management tools and methodologies such as PMP, Agile, and Scrum.
Skilled communicator with exceptional writing, presentation, and negotiation abilities at all organizational levels.
Solid background in organizational change management (OCM).
Preferred Skills and Experience
Leadership with an understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder influence.
Ability to break down and clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions.
Proficient in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud hosting, and networking.
Experience working with IT diagrams and procurement systems (e.g., Procore).
Background in IT construction delivery or public-sector project management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar project tools.
