The Business Change Team (BCT) plays a critical role in supporting this mission by leading transformative, large-scale programs that create impactful change across functions and regions. We are searching for a talented and dynamic Manager to join the Business Change Team and play a critical role in shaping New Balance’s future. As part of a global ERP/Supply Chain Planning implementation, you will work hand-in-hand with our Value Chain organization to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and execution of the rollout. This role spans across all regions, offering you a unique opportunity to collaborate globally and foster partnerships that make a difference. You’ll also act as a key partner to the Digital Product team, helping to shape the global product roadmap by blending business insights with technology capabilities. Additionally, you will stay closely connected to the transformation team supporting Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) and Assortment Planning (AP) implementations, bridging efforts across planning and operations.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborate with teams across the Value Chain – specifically within Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Planning to identify, document, and analyze business processes, requirements, and workflows. Lead workshops and design sessions to facilitate stakeholder alignment, gather input, and drive decision-making across functions and regions. Act as a liaison between New Balance stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on system design, functionality, and requirements. Evaluate and redesign existing processes to align with D365 & o9 capabilities and global best practices, addressing inefficiencies and gaps in current systems. Partake in program governance by elevating key design decisions within the value chain functions that will have impact on other regions and/or other transformation programs. Act as a critical bridge between New Balance global transformations – working carefully with the team supporting New Balance’s MFP/AP Implementation. Support program management by tracking against project milestones, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Lead change management initiatives by capturing change impacts, delivering training materials, communications, and stakeholder engagement plans. Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of D365 to ensure it meets business requirements ahead of launch.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. once per quarter) and work flexibly across time zones as required by the program. 7+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation projects, or ERP/Planning implementations, preferably with a focus on supply chain. Familiarity with D365 ERP or o9 is a plus. Demonstrated ability to deconstruct and map business processes, identifying opportunities, inefficiencies, and pain points. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across varying levels of the organization. Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Creative energy and ability to work within a complex, matrixed environment. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Miro/Mural experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
