Project Manager 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars South Boston, MA 02127 Project Manager Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in construction to oversee multi-family and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while effectively managing teams and resources. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Oversee the daily operations of construction sites Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates Manage project documentation and reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, particularly in multi-family and commercial projects Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with project management software and tools Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
