Role Summary
The Project Manager will be a crucial asset, responsible for overseeing multiple participantmunications and educational materials designed to promote products and services within the Retirement Client Experience & Communications team. You’ll be the central hub, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management:

Drivemunication initiatives from start to finish, including job opening, securing creative briefs, coordinating kick-off meetings, establishing timelines,anizing estimates, and managing legal submissions and invoicing.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Work directly with Engagement Consultants, Editors, Designers, and /digital production teams daily to keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met.

Content Review & Approval:

Reviewmunications to ensure alignment with creative briefs and accuracy to benefit details. Proofread all rounds of edits and facilitate client approvals.

Compliance & Legal Oversight:

Interface with Compliance, Registered Principal, and Legal teams for material review and approval, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Issue Resolution & Expectation Management:

Proactively monitor project status and issues across the project management team, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve challenges and effectively manage client expectations.

Operational Excellence:

Continuously update project statuses, notify the team of changes, and skillfully juggle numerous projects simultaneously.

Support & Collaboration:

Serve as back-up support for other project managers and buyers as needed, contributing to overall team success.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing,munications, or business management.
Project management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the retirement or financial services industry.
Excellentmunication skills (both oral and written).
Superioranizational skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders including clients, designers,munications consultants, project managers, proofreaders, and management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Point.
Client relationship experience is a plus.
Some knowledge of production and/or direct mail is a plus.

Pay Details:

$40.91 per week
