Senior Project Manager Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

InterSystems is looking for an experienced Project Manager who specializes in managing DevOps and Agile Scrum projects within cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and aligned with strategic business goals. As a Project Manager at InterSystems, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical DevOps and Agile Scrum initiatives within cloud-based environments. You will facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and scope, and ensure quality outcomes through adherence to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plan and lead Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Coordinate and manage DevOps projects, ensuring effective integration of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Oversee cloud deployment projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives. Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration among project teams. Document project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, managing technical projects in Agile Scrum environments. Proven experience managing projects with strong DevOps and cloud components, preferably with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications. Strong familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform). Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services. Knowledge of healthcare or technology industry standards and practices. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management software. Demonstrated ability to lead projects successfully in complex enterprise environments.
