Description The Assistant Project Manager – Design Buildwill be responsible for: Oversee project phases from initiation tocompletion, ensuring alignment with goals and time lines.

Coordinate project tasks and facilitate collaboration among teammembers. Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuringeffective cost control and reporting. Uphold safety and qualitystandards throughout the project life-cycle. Identify risks andimplement solutions to address challenges and maintain progress.

Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and the projectteam to ensure clarity and alignment. Track schedules andmilestones to ensure timely project delivery. Review and managecontracts with clients and subcontractors. Prepare and presentproject updates and progress reports to stakeholders Profile TheAssistant Project Manager – Design Build should have: 1 years ofproject management experience Bachelor’s degree in ConstructionManagement or other related field Strong organizational skills tocoordinate diverse project teams and ensure smooth executionExperience using Procore or other related softwares Comprehensiveunderstanding of construction processes, safety protocols, andquality assurance. Skilled in contract negotiation and managingsubcontractor relationships. Demonstrated ability to deliverprojects on time, within budget, and meeting high-qualitystandards.
