Office located in Leominster, MA Projectslocated throughout New England Started in 2014, since then haveexpanded to multiple states and grown their business to roughly 50people Specialize in Warehouse, Industrial, Commercial,Multifamily, and Healthcare projects Both Ground Up & renovationsExcellent tenured employees with a large amount of repeat businessPride themselves on stellar client relations Description The APMwill be responsible for:
Project Coordination:
Assist the ProjectManager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating constructionactivities to meet project deadlines.
Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate records, including project schedules, budgets,contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs (Request forInformation).
Communication:
Serve as a point of contact betweenclients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders,ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management:
Assist in monitoring project budgets, preparecost reports, and assist in cost control measures to keep projectswithin financial constraints.
Quality Assurance:
Visit sites asneeded with the Project Manager or in lieu of the
Project ManagerProblem-Solving:
Identify and resolve project-related issuespromptly to minimize disruptions and delays.
Compliance:
Ensure allprojects comply with local, state, and federal regulations,including permitting and safety standards.
