We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service across a wide range of commercial and industrial projects.

Position Overview:

The Fire Sprinkler Project Manager will oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler system installation projects—from planning to execution—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage fire sprinkler installation projects from start to finish Coordinate with designers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients Review plans and specifications to determine project requirements Prepare job estimates, budgets, and schedules Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and safety regulations Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Providing leadership and direction to field supervisors and techs. Main training clear and consistent communication with all involved Additional responsibilities could be required.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in fire sprinkler project management or related role Knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection systems Proficient in reading blueprints and project specifications Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills (MAY REQUIRE) NICET Certification (Level II or higher) is a plus Proficiency with project management software AND Gmail Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
