Overview We’re looking for an experienced and reliable IT Project Manager to join our Agile Delivery and Project Management team. In this role, you’ll lead critical technology projects—primarily supporting our Enterprise Data Platform and broader Data & Analytics initiatives. You’ll work closely with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to plan, manage, and deliver projects that support our strategic goals. We need someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, follow-through, and the ability to keep things on track are key. You’ll be working with project teams and Steering Committees to: Define scope, goals, and deliverables
Plan timelines, resources, and budgets
Track progress and keep everyone informed
Manage risks and remove roadblocks
Make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget You’ll be accountable for overall project delivery and expected to follow our internal PMO processes and standards. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end project delivery—from kickoff through go-live—ensuring alignment with business outcomes and DST PMO best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, scope, success metrics, and governance.
Build and maintain integrated delivery plans that reflect interdependencies, risks, and critical paths.
Track execution against plans and proactively course-correct to avoid delays and scope creep.
Manage cross-functional project teams (internal and vendor) to maintain momentum and accountability.
Drive risk, issue, and change management processes—ensuring transparency and timely escalation.
Oversee project financials, including baseline budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
Support vendor onboarding, contracts, SOWs, and performance management where required.
Tailor and apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate to the project.
Deliver high-quality reporting and stakeholder communications—driving visibility at the team and executive levels.
Partner with change management leads to support adoption, training, and go-to-market readiness.
Contribute to PMO improvements and knowledge-sharing. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects—ideally in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project delivery.
Experience with data and analytics projects (data platforms, reporting tools, cloud data services) is a big plus.
Solid project planning and organizational skills—you know how to break down complex work and keep things moving.
Clear, confident communicator who can work with technical teams and business leaders alike.
Comfortable facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and making decisions.
Able to manage multiple priorities and adjust plans without losing momentum.
Proficient with tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Excel, and Teams.
Degree or diploma in a relevant field (IT, Business, etc.).
Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a strong asset.
Experience with cloud, enterprise systems, or data governance is an advantage.
