We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects within the healthcare diagnostics sector, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while collaborating with diverse teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory and Quality departments, to support project objectives. Facilitate regular meetings to set goals, milestones, and ownership of tasks, ensuring clear communication and direction. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project momentum. Utilize Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to enhance product quality and reliability. Support business process improvement initiatives to optimize project deliverables. Skills Proven experience in project management, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Preferred Skills Experience in a regulated environment, particularly within healthcare device manufacturing. Training or certification in Lean Six Sigma principles. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
