We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from planning to execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and gather feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare project documentation and reports for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and project management software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
