In this role, you will drive high-impact programs that span organizational functions-including Strategy, Finance, Talent, HR, and Communications-ensuring they are executed with precision and aligned to broader business goals. You’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to help with organizational planning, process optimization, and operational effectiveness. You’ll play a key role in scaling execution and improving decision-making across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires a blend of program management expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional operational instincts. You thrive in navigating ambiguity, driving alignment between cross-functional teams, and using data to inform actions and outcomes. Responsibilities + Develop and lead the execution of cross-functional program plans that help align strategic and operational priorities across Engineering, Finance, Strategy, Talent, HR, and Communications. + Define clear program goals, success metrics, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving organizational needs. + Partner with Strategy and Operations teams to ensure programs are grounded in long-term business goals and aligned with org-wide outcomes (e.g., headcount plans, delivery velocity, engagement metrics). + Own the end-to-end program lifecycle-from intake and prioritization through execution, delivery, and retrospective-ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. + Regularly evaluate program performance using data, feedback loops, and retrospective learnings to drive ongoing improvement and adaptability. + Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation, including program briefs, timelines, risk logs, status updates, and executive summaries. + Use KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate the impact of programs and identify opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment. + Foster partnersh
