The Role The Lead Project Manager in Lumen’s Engineering and Construction organization will be responsible for overseeing the execution of transformational projects within our Centralized Operations team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, and previous experience with engineering, construction and field operations. The Lead Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, ensuring that deadlines are met, responsibilities are clear, and actions are completed. The role also focuses on realizing business efficiencies and maintaining budgets. This position demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and support Lumen’s transformational objectives. Location and Schedule This is a Work From Home position in the United States.
