Project Manager at Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. in Augusta, Maine, United States Job Description Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for supporting key marketing initiatives across various teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution for strategic projects such as brand planning, and product launches. Key Responsibilities + Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for brand planning and other strategic initiatives. + Serve as the central point of coordination across teams, facilitating communication and alignment. + Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively working to resolve issues. + Support cross-functional collaboration by organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clear accountability. + Provide updates to leadership on project status, challenges, and opportunities for acceleration. Qualifications & Key Competencies + Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification a plus. + 3+ years of project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing preferred. + Strong proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Microsoft Project). + Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing processes, including but not limited to promotional material development and regulatory/legal review. + Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive execution. + Experience in brand planning, omnichannel strategy, or healthcare preferred. + Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
