Capabilities such as Virtual account opening (Customer not present) willdrive this incremental Checking Sales objective.
Looking for a self-motivated candidate who has good exposure to customersales interactions, project and issue management to partner with variousbusiness sales teams like Home Equity, Mortgage, contact center and withCitizens Technology teams to be able to help triage customer issues andresolve them rapidly thereby improving customer satisfaction.
The candidate should also be well versed with modern mobile and otherinterfaces, to learn the account opening flows and be able to developknowledge and expertise to diagnose any problems quickly beforeescalation to tech teams only when needed.
If an issue is requiring a software fix, the candidate will be workingwith agile teams to author defect stories or enhancement stories andhelp communicate priority along with providing status tracking to loanofficers and other colleagues.
