The Role The Senior Lead Program Operations Manager is a critical role within the new Go To Market (GTM) and Customer Product Adoption team, reporting directly to the VP of GTM and Product Adoption. This role is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the GTM team to support bringing products or services to market. This role includes managing processes, systems, and teams to ensure efficient execution across the GTM function. The Senior Lead Program Operations Manager will ensure that all programs are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with Lumen’s strategic objectives. Work Location This position has been designated as fully remote in the U.S. The Main Responsibilities + Confidence in building a new program operations function from the ground-up in partnership with leadership. + Serve as a liaison between Product, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across the GTM process. + Analyzing existing GTM operations to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then designing and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows and increase productivity. + Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage goals and annual roadmaps. + Interface with leadership and act as a sounding board for improvements. + Tactically prioritize and orchestrate stakeholder’s programs. + Facilitate operational meetings with the organization on behalf of leadership. + Building collateral for presentations and documenting program guides. + Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. + Analyzing program risks. + Facilitating meetings with stakeholders and decision makers. + Additional duties as required of the business.
