A highly reputable Cleveland Commercial Contractor

Project Manager Duties:
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working on projects valued up to $10M is but not necessary
- Proficiency in using Procore is but other construction software is acceptable- training provided!
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
