We’re seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our organization’s project intake and prioritization process. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that the right projects are selected, resourced effectively, and contribute directly to our overarching business objectives.

What you’ll be doing…
As a Project Manager you will be instrumental in streamlining how projects are proposed, evaluated, and prioritized.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and Implementing a
Standardized Intake Process:
Design, establish, and maintain a clear and efficient process for project submission across all departments.
Driving Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to thoroughly understand project requirements, assess their business impact, and build strong working relationships.
Serving as the
Primary Point of Contact:
Act as the go-to person for all stakeholder inquiries related to project submissions, process clarifications, and prioritization updates.
Leading Prioritization Meetings:
Organize and facilitate effective prioritization meetings with leadership to evaluate and rank projects based on strategic fit, potential ROI, and resource capacity.
Developing Prioritization Frameworks:
Create and maintain objective prioritization tools, such as matrices or scoring models, to ensure fair and data-driven decision-making.
Ensuring Transparent Communication:
Clearly communicate prioritization outcomes and the rationale behind decisions to all relevant stakeholders across the organization.
Coordinating Resource and Capacity Planning:
Work in partnership with resource managers to evaluate the availability and potential constraints of resources for proposed projects.
Identifying and Resolving Resource Conflicts:
Proactively identify potential resource bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions to optimize project portfolio delivery.
Maintaining Portfolio Oversight and Reporting:
Establish and manage a centralized system for tracking project requests and their progress within the intake pipeline.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll Need to
Have:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing processes and workflows.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and drive consensus.
Even Better If You Have:
Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools and software.
Knowledge of different project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience in [mention any industry-specific experience that would be beneficial].
A relevant certification (e.g., PMP).
Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
