Cecois where your talents are transformed into solutions, making astrong impact on an industry that has been our passion since 1912.Primary Responsibilities Coordinates the planning andimplementation of concrete frame and formwork projects. Performsjobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation,safety, and quality. Responsible for assisting the managing ofproject productivity, costs, quality and safety consistent withcompany policies and practices. Develops and maintains customerrelationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects,reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency. Creates andcoordinates material and equipment schedules and promotes theirefficient use. Coordinates all subcontractor and vendor contractsand associated processes and procedures. Performs special projectsand completes all other duties as assigned or requested for thegeneral support of the organization. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, relateddegree, or its equivalent and 6 months of work experiencesuccessfully supporting similar primary responsibilities meetingand exceeding performance expectations. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectivelywith all levels of the organization, as well as with customers andvendors. Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyzeand organize significant amounts of information regarding planlayouts, material deliveries and jobsite productivities. Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Advancedknowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
Ability to travel and work for extended period of time on projectsoutside of office area.
