Client Details My client is a 3rd generation family-owned company,that has been around for over 100 years. Office is about 50 peopletotal. 20 of those being office staff and the rest making up theirfield team. This firm did $80M in 2024 and have about that on thebooks for 2025. They aim to see a 15% growth margin in the companyeach year. Keep all work local to Kansas City.

Description Develop astrong understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans,specifications, logistics, materials, equipment and otherrequirements. Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-siteproduction. Prepare and maintain a 3 week look-ahead schedule forall activities on the job site. Facilitate and ensure companysafety program. Create daily reports to submit to the SeniorProject Manager or Prime Contractor. Review and adhere to projectschedule. Manage quality control by confirming that all theequipment and material installed was submitted by a subcontractor.
Assure good housekeeping across entire project site. ProfileBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture orConstruction Management. 5 years of experience in constructionproject management. Having experience with both change orders andhard-bid estimates. Working knowledge of skilled trades includingcarpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading,plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical. Knowledge incommercial construction technology. Must be proficient in reviewingand understanding all construction documents includingspecifications and drawings. Excellent written and oralcommunication skills with parties including management,subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors and clients.
