Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager / Coordinator for a short-term engagement to oversee a real-world data collection initiative in Kansas City. This on-site project involves coordinating video data capture across multiple real-world settings including schools, hospitals, and office environments. The role requires strong on-ground execution skills to manage field operations, coordinate with external agencies and ensure timely and quality completion of shoots and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily on-site video data collection activities across diverse locations. Handle scheduling, participant coordination , and real-time issue resolution . Communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors/agencies to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines. Deliver daily project completion reports and escalate any delays or risks. Ensure quality control and compliance with data privacy and safety protocols during all shoots. Oversee logistics for multi-location shooting schedules .
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong on-ground execution and coordination skills . Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines .
