Description Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects,including concrete restoration , budgeting, estimating, scheduling,and cost control. Coordinate buyouts, subcontracts, and purchaseorders in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Work closelywith Superintendents to maintain schedule adherence, safety, andquality standards. Handle subcontractor negotiations, scopereviews, change orders, and invoice approvals. Conduct site visits,monitor progress, and lead project meetings. Ensure timely projectcloseout and collection of all final documentation and payments.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to recruiting efforts.

Support business development by maintaining strong relationshipswith past and current clients. Profile Holds a Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management or a related field. Brings 10 years ofexperience in commercial construction Possesses strong leadership,organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with theability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Comfortableworking on-site and maintaining daily oversight of active jobsites.
