Description Oversee the planning, execution, and completion ofconstruction projects within the modular/ carpentry industry.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestonesare met on time and within budget. Manage resources, includingmaterials, labor, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.

Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, andcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor projectprogress and address any challenges or risks proactively. Ensurecompliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policieson all construction sites. Prepare and present project reports tosenior management and clients. Foster a collaborative andproductive work environment for all project team members. Profile Abackground in construction or a related field within theconstruction industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projectsand deliver results within deadlines. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with a focus on collaboration. Excellentproblem-solving abilities and attention to detail in projectexecution. Effective communication and interpersonal skills toliaise with clients and stakeholders.
