Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead all phases ofschool construction projects from preconstruction to final turnoveras the primary Project Manager . Coordinate with architects,engineers, school boards, and internal teams to ensure projects aredelivered on time and within budget. Manage project schedules,subcontractors, change orders, RFIs, and documentation withprecision and accountability. Ensure all construction activitiesmeet safety, quality, and compliance standards, particularly withschool-specific requirements. Represent the company at jobsitemeetings, school board updates, and community presentations asneeded.

Project Manager Qualifications:

5 years of experience as aProject Manager in commercial construction, with a strongbackground in school/educational facility projects. Proven abilityto manage occupied campus renovations, additions, and ground-upbuilds. Familiarity with public bid processes, state educationdepartment standards, and DSA/ADA compliance (as applicable).Excellent communication, scheduling, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project,etc.). This is the ideal role for a Project Manager who enjoysmeaningful work and has a passion for educational construction.
