Who were looking for:

VML is seekinga Senior Project Manager, a strategic and seasoned leader whoexcels in critical thinking and problem-solving across complex,multi-faceted projects. Our Senior Project Managers are adept atunderstanding both the big picture and the granular details, takingownership of setting and exceeding expectations with internal teamsand clients. They possess a deep understanding of how tostrategically manage and negotiate trade-offs to consistentlydeliver results on time, within budget, and aligned with agreedobjectives. Senior Project Managers have extensive experiencemanaging full campaign lifecycles, from initial scoping to finaldelivery, and confidently navigate and prioritize business needs,resource allocation, scheduling, and financial considerations toensure the successful execution of all project aspects. Thisindividual will be instrumental in supporting one of our largestclients, overseeing their integrated marketing programs, includingTV, print, radio, social media, and digital display initiatives.

What youll do: Work | Spearhead the delivery of exceptional workthat is delivered on time and within budget, and pushes creativeboundaries. Oversee the end-to-end delivery and execution oflarge-scale, integrated projects. Proactively identify dependenciesand mitigate the impact of potential delays. Drive alignment onscope, schedule, assumptions, and pricing for projects, effectivelytranslating these into compelling Client Proposals and Statementsof Work. People | Inspire, mentor, and direct cross-functionalteams to produce award-winning work. Partner with AccountManagement to strategically manage scope, cultivate clientrelationships, and identify new business opportunities. Foster acollaborative One Team approach, integrating account management,creative, production, content/social, finance, and clientrepresentatives. Process | Define, implement, and optimizeproject/program communication and processes. Expertly balanceopportunities and constraints within complex projects. Champion theuse of existing tools and processes to effectively monitor teamperformance and project progress, while also identifying andimplementing process improvements. Financials | Take ownership ofproject estimation, financial planning, and profitability. Developdetailed project plans that align with budgetary requirements andmaximize ROI.

What youll need: 5 years of experience managing complex, integratedmarketing projects in an agency or consulting environment, with aproven track record of success. Demonstrated ability to lead andmentor project teams, fostering a collaborative andhigh-performance environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills,with the ability to think critically and strategically to overcomechallenges. Proven ability to lead team and client meetings,tailoring communications to diverse audiences (technology,creative, finance, client, or vendor). Ability to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environment and meet high standards for qualityand accuracy under tight deadlines. Deep passion for the marketingand advertising industry, with a strong desire to learn the innerworkings of the business and contribute to the teams success.

Exceptional scoping and project management skills, with the abilityto accurately estimate project timelines, prioritize tasks, andmanage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Superiorcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildstrong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Thebase salary range for this position at the time of this posting isindicated below. Individual compensation varies based onjob-related factors, including location, business needs, level ofresponsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer acompetitive benefits package. $70,000-$140,000 USD We believe thebest work happens when were together, fostering creativity,collaboration, and connection. Thats why weve adopted a hybridapproach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
