Salesforce Project Manager Location:

Remote (Anywhere in US)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration and Communication. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance. Act as a central point of contact for all project-related activities.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve issues and adapt plans to address challenges.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project progress, risks, and results to stakeholders regularly. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track project performance and produce status reports for senior management. Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred). 5+ years of experience in project management across diverse industries. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
