This resource will be responsible for managing and supporting a variety of customer lab projects and programs in the ATC (Advanced Technology Center). About the

ATC:

The ATC is a collaborative ecosystem to design, build, educate, demonstrate and deploy innovative technology products and integrated architectural solutions for WWT customers, partners and employees. With it, weve helped our customers do amazing things.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Single-Point-of Contact and be accountable for optimal customer satisfaction.
Coordinate internal and external resources for the successful execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget within established variances.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Document project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the project team and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrate a high-level of customer care.
Possess adequate interpersonal (soft) skills
Critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Crisis management & conflict resolution experience
Adaptability, empathy
Good understanding of project management tools (CA Clarity & MS Project) and processes to perform duties
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
