Project Coordinator Omega Foundation Services Inc. Southaven, MS 38671 Overview We have an opening for a highly motivated individual who is seeking a career (not a job). Duties :
Assist project managers in the coordination and execution of daily construction activities. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Coordinate communication between field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project management. Assist in procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery to job sites. Monitor and document compliance with safety, quality control, and environmental regulations. Support the project team with cost tracking, invoice approvals, and budget reconciliation. Maintain document control systems and ensure accurate record-keeping. Attend and contribute to project meetings, providing updates and progress reports as required. Experience Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or related industry preferred. Strong understanding of construction methods, terminology, and project documentation. Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry safety practices and regulatory requirements.
