Allstar Management, a premier property management company, is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to fill the gap in our maintenance operations, lead our team, and implement solutions that improve workflow and performance. As the Project Manager, you will lead a team of three, manage escalations, and ensure smooth daily operations. With the autonomy to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and make strategic decisions, you will play a key role in enhancing productivity and service delivery.

Compensation:
Salary Range:

$50,000 – $60,000 per year Health insurance and 401(k)

Responsibilities:

Take charge of addressing maintenance challenges and proactively devise effective solutions. Streamline workflows to boost efficiency within the maintenance department. Establish and enhance standard operating procedures to elevate productivity levels. Monitor and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators. Serve as the primary contact for tenants, investors, and ownership to swiftly resolve issues. Supervise a team of three, ensuring their accountability and productivity through regular meetings. Provide guidance and training to new team members on systems, procedures, and company standards. Foster company culture and introduce initiatives to improve employee retention. Collaborate with other departments on reporting and operational support needs. Conduct structured weekly staff meetings and ensure compliance with set agendas. Identify and address issues with long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems. Drive company-wide initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination among internal and external teams.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, with a preference for a property management background. Demonstrated capability in leading and developing teams effectively. Skilled in managing escalations and making strategic decisions confidently. Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at negotiation. Highly organized with a keen focus on improving processes and efficiency. Proficient in property management software and general business tools.
