Long term C2C is okay The PM will act as the primary liaison between MSOS personnel and third-party development teams, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and project execution. While Campaign Finance & Lobbying will be largely managed by the Division Head for Elections, the PM will provide project management support. The Business Services & Filings project will require the PM’s primary focus, as it has the largest scope and complexity. Required Skills/Experience 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in government or technology-related projects. Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification. Experience with state government agencies or regulatory environments.
