The Client is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to oversee and coordinate two (2) consecutive projects. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology-related projects. Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent). PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications. Experience with state agencies or regulatory environments. Familiarity with business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes.
