Knowledge of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF and other such government programs A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Working knowledge of software programs, including ServiceNow, ADO, or related tools Skill Set Analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Able to address operational concerns and monitor overall customer satisfaction Experience developing and implementing operational procedures and policies Experience in operating in high-pressure situations Industry knowledge and an aptitude for learning new applications Experience with budget development and oversight Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in program management, business or public administration, technical management, operations management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields Overall project management experience Proven success in an operations management role
