July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2027 Position Overview The Project Manager (PM) will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and third-party development vendors, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution of project objectives. This role will primarily focus on a Business Services & Filings Project , while also providing support for a Campaign Finance & Lobbying Project , which will be managed by a separate division lead. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables . Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external vendors. Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deadlines. Track project progress , address risks, and resolve issues that may impact timelines. Coordinate status meetings, reports, and project documentation . Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of project management experience , preferably in government or technology-related projects. Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies . Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills . Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications . Experience working with state government agencies or regulatory environments . Familiarity with business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes .

Contract Pay:

$50.00 – $60.00 per hour

Schedule:
