Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate two critical projects:
Business Services & Filing and Campaign Finance & Lobbying. The Project Manager will be the primary liaison between MSOS personnel and third-party development teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and successful execution of project deliverables. Requirements Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables for both projects. Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and deadlines. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may affect project timelines or outcomes. Organize and lead project status meetings, generate reports, and maintain thorough project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within government or technology sectors. Proven ability to manage complex software development projects and maintain strong vendor relationships. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. Skilled in the use of project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification. Experience working with state government agencies or in regulatory environments. Knowledge of business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes.
