Job Responsibilities:
Estimating and Project Management:
Lead project estimation, planning, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Project Design and Programming:
Design and develop project plans and programming solutions.
Pre and Post-Sale Engineering:
Provide technical support and engineering solutions before and after sales.
Customer Service:
Manage the customer service team, ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction.
IT Services Administration:
Oversee IT services, including system administration and Tier 3 technical support.
Human Resources:
Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Product Research:
Research and evaluate new products for potential use in the company.
Training:
Train new hires and ensure they are well-integrated into the team.
Qualifications:
