Role:

GovEase is seeking an experienced Project Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and successfully completing projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring all deliverables are met by effectively managing resources, mitigating risks, and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate comes with a strong background in building requirements and wireframes through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, users, and team members) to identify, document, and prioritize business needs, functional requirements, and user stories.

    Wireframing:

    Utilize wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, UXPin, Figma, Adobe XD) to create visual representations and prototypes of the software design and user experience. Iterate on wireframes based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

    Project Planning:

    Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure project objectives are aligned with overall business strategy and stakeholder expectation

    Team Coordination:

    Lead and manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, designers, and quality assurance testers. Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address challenges.

    Communication:

    Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or feedback promptly.

    Quality Assurance:

    Oversee the testing processes to validate that the final product meets specified requirements and quality standards. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to gather feedback before final release.

    Risk Management:

    Identify potential risks related to project scope, timeline, or budget constraints. Develop mitigation strategies to proactively address identified risks.

    Documentation:

    Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements specifications, design documents, and user manuals. Ensure documentation is accessible and up to date for all project stakeholders.

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree and project management certifications are a plus 5-7+ years of experience in project management in the B2B software industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large scale software projects Deep understanding of project management methodologies, agile development practices, and software engineering principles. Proven leadership skills with experience organizing and executing on tight deadlines Strong technical background with experience in software development, product management, and user experience design. Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively. Strategic thinker with a proven track record of solving problems with unique approaches
