Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Canton, MS . This is a traveling role focused on delivering projects on time, within budget, and fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project goals, timelines, and budgets. Support design-build projects and recommend cost-effective changes. Monitor and track project performance, budgets, and schedules. Manage subcontracts, invoices, change orders, and coordinate project meetings. Ensure high client satisfaction and proactively address issues to prevent cost impacts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 1-5 years of project management experience, overseeing projects up to $5M. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Vista, P6 Scheduling, Timberline, and Procore. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
