Mitigation Project Manager:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to TC What you need to have: Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills Strong sense of urgency Very strong organizational and time management skills Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
