Apply today to connect with a team member! Requirements 5+ years of experience leading full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solutions as a Project Manager. Proven experience leading high-level stakeholder meetings, driving initiatives and giving status updates and hitting project deadlines. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects) and HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor) Strong experience with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Microsoft Project, and well versed in Excel, PowerPoint and Word for documentation purposes. Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and adapting delivery based on project needs. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management activities for Oracle ERP and HCM projects Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and communication strategies Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and third-party vendors Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when Agile methodology is applied Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and best practices Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
