Responsibilities :

Lead the execution of Work Order processing in fabrication operations, including accurate Bill of Material (BOM) component item, quantity, and cost entries, as well as accurate tracking of overhead, labor time, freight, and other associated production costs to ensure timely and accurate capture of costs and deliverables at the BOM level. Lead the execution of detailed project tracking and status updates using SmartSheet and/or other project management tools; this includes maintaining accurate task dependencies, task-level time windows, assignment and tracking of task owners, proactive follow-up and reporting on statuses and risks to completion schedules, and leading project status calls with key stakeholders. Maintain strong lines of communication with Sales, Production, and functional area teams across the organization, as well as with customer contacts at multiple levels to ensure timely and transparent information flow on deliverables. Skills:

Strong experience in critical-path project management / project scheduling, preferably in a production / manufacturing or construction environment. Demonstrated experience in using Project Management software (SmartSheet, MS Project) Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM), work-order management, and Work-In-Process (WIP) inventory in a production / manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience to quickly learn new software systems and specific production processes. Strong basic math skills, including decimals and fractions.

Mostly Excel, Word & Outlook. Detail oriented and highly organized. Strong communication skills to work with team members in multiple areas of the business. Work in a fast-paced environment without missing the smallest details. Excellent memory. High level multi-tasking. Regular and punctual attendance is essential to the successful performance of this job.
