Responsibilities Responsibility in leading and executing projects, ensuring the achievement of project goals, client satisfaction, quality of work, staff utilization, the firm’s marketing reputation, and profitability. Lead, motivate, and foster a team environment among project team members by inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, taking calculated risks, and assuming ultimate responsibility for the team’s actions, while exercising sound judgment and enhancing interpersonal skills. Clearly articulate and communicate the client’s vision, goals, and objectives by developing the project work plan during the planning phase. Develop project fees and contracts during the planning phase, and establish the project schedule, budget, and profitability during the start-up phase. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, aligned with design intent and client vision/goals, and at the required quality level. Assist in formulating strategies for client engagement and cultivate business development opportunities by presenting our services to potential clients and participating in client interviews. Continuously manage and develop key, repeat clients, maintaining strong working relationships to promote future opportunities. Qualifications 7+ year of experience, with at least one year of recent project management experience on large-scale facilities. Excellent client management and leadership skills. Superior technical and presentation skills Architecture degree, or degree in related field, required. Professional registration Sustainability accreditation is preferred.
