This role is responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day custodial operations and ensure contract compliance Supervise and support custodial staff including scheduling, training, and performance management Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams to address needs and resolve issues Conduct site walkthroughs and quality assurance checks Maintain staffing levels, manage supplies, and control operational costs Ensure safety procedures and policies are followed Support onboarding and background check process for new hires Prepare operational reports and attend regular site meetings

Requirements:

Must possess or be able to obtain a REAL ID Must pass federal background check and qualify for government security clearance Proven experience managing custodial or facility service operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds Proficient with scheduling, reporting, and workforce management tools
